Executive Committee of Each Place

(1) Vice-Chancellor (2) Professors (3) Assistant Professors (4) Language Officer (5) Security Officer.

Chancellor will sign at the Examination pass certificate. Vice-Chancellor will sign at the mark sheet. One general meeting of the university will be held every year in the last week of June.

Qualifications

  • For Local Minister:
    1. Must be an academician in the rank of Professor.
    2. The person must be supporter of Krishna consciousness movement.
  • For Professor:
    1. Must have Ph. D. certificate of any philosophy. The person having no Ph. D. but Master degree, will complete the Research/Dissertation/Thesis for Ph.D. The person must be supporter of Krishna consciousness movement.
  • For Assistant Professor:
    1. Must have Master degree examination pass certificate of any philosophy. The person must be supporter of Krishna consciousness movement.
  • For Language Officer:
    1. Must be Bengali language speaking person from West Bengal or Bangladesh.
    2. Must have Bachelor Degree Examination pass certificate.
  • For Security Officer:
    1. Must have Bachelor degree examination pass certificate.
  • For Security Inspector:
    1. Must have SSC or equivalent examination pass certificateor Must have served for not less than five (5) years in government security department (not below the rank of Police service). In-service person must apply through proper channel.
    2. Retired person will apply directly and may be given preference. Photocopy of retirement letter must be submitted.

Pay Scale per Month (Effective from January, 2018)

  1. Professor: Ta-45000+500+……..
  2. Assistant Professor: Ta-40000+500+……..
  3. Language Officer: Ta-35000+500+……..
  4. Scholarship: Ta-40000+500+……… (for 3 years Ph.D).
  5. Security Officer: Ta-35000+500+………
  6. Security Inspector: Ta-25000+500+……..
  7. One bonus as salary equal to the month of July will be given at August.
  8. The appointment will be given after completion of 24 (twenty four) years 11 (eleven) months of age. The person may join before the age of 70(seventy) years. If the date of birth falls from 1st July to 31st July, the person will be considered for appointment and appointment will be given from 1st July before completion of 24 years 11 months of age. If 70 (seventy) years of age is completed between January to next June, the person may join within July before that period of January-June. Every appointment will be given from 2nd July, not otherwise.
  9. An additional increment will be given into the pay scale after every span of five (5) years from July, 2017-2022-2027-2032…… Each person will also get the additional increment in the same year for additional increment, whatever be the year of joining.
  10. If there are higher qualifications for persons in any post, he/she will be paid according to educational qualifications.
  11. When fund permits, the pay scale will be upgraded as approved by the UGC / Government.

Retirement and Pension benefit

  • The nominee or person will benefit as following:
    1. If the case arises due to invalidity or death within 15 (fifteen) years of joining in service or Ph.D, the nominees together will benefit for 25 (twenty five) years accordingly (including yearly increment with bonus), after the month of invalidity or death.
    2. If the case arises after serving 15 (fifteen) years or in study period, they will benefit for 30 (thirty) years accordingly (including yearly increment with bonus), limited to 80 (eighty) years of age barrier for optional retirement.
  • Rent free housing will be given when the arrangement is available. If the person submits resignation or suffers force retirement, he/she will loose the retirement facilities from the next month of resignation or forced retirement. The Executive Committee may decide partial monetary benefit and will forward to the Chancellor for consideration.
  • After serving 80 (eighty) years of age, the person may retire with salary per month, not increment/bonus (not to nominees), before death and will be provided rent free retired person’s residence. Teaching staff, Security Officer, Security Inspector will get rent free housing facility. President, Secretary and Treasurer of Trust will have their office/residence rooms.
  • If no nominee is named in the prescribed form, then SUC will be the nominee.
