- The program of university will be started from July 02 each year and will be completed within (i) two (2) years for Pre-Ph.D and (ii) three (3) years for Ph.D program.
- There will be two sections of the students: (i) Open to all students (ii) Departmental students.
- Sri Chaitanyacharitamrita will be regularly studied for (50+50)=100 minutes every day. This class is open to all students. Anybody, male or female of any age, will be admitted. They will regularly attend the class.
- Bengali language will be taught about a total of 160 (one hundred and sixty) hours in one year from July 02 to June 30.
- Four departments (i) Adilila, (ii) Madhyalila-1, (iii) Madhyalila-2, (iv) Antalila will function at the university. The class will function on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for (50+50)=100 minutes each day according to class of study.
- Pre-Ph.D / Ph.D degree will be given from this university after completion of Research / Dissertation / Thesis, considering four (4) departments as an integral unit. Vice-Chancellor, Professors, Assistant Professors will be appointed to run the classes.
- For admission into Pre-Ph.D, the person must have Bachelor degree (or equivalent from any country of the world) examination pass certificate. For admission into Ph.D, the person must have Master degree of any philosophy (or equivalent from any country of the world) examination pass certificate.
- For admission/scholarship, male person will fill up APPLICATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP form and submit to any one(1) e-mail of Male Section into this organization (including Local Ministry, Research Committee, University Staff) on-line-email, female person will submit to e-mail of Female Section. Or, male/female person will personally submit application to Vice-Chancellor/any person into this organization of any place.
- The owner/officer of that particular e-mail, will arrange for class teaching/scholarship in consultation with the Vice-Chancellor of that place. If there is no place at present, the owner/officer of that particular e-mail will open a new place.
- For Job appointment, the applicant will fill up the requisite form and submit to e-mail of Local Minister, or personally submit application to him.
- For admission into Pre-Ph.D, one photocopy of Bachelor degree or equivalent examination pass certificate and for Ph.D, photocopy of Master degree or equivalent certificate with one passport size photo must be submitted after joining the class.
- Each student will be given scholarship of Ta-35000-35500 per month with additional bonus for two(2) years of Pre-Ph.D and three(3) years (40000-40500-41000) of Ph.D.(Note Research,গবেষণা for scholarship.) If the student is unable to obtain grade B+, he/she may be admitted in the next year without any scholarship.
- Students having no Bengali subject at SSC or equivalent examination, will apply online for provisional admission into the departments. They must earn Bengali language learning certificate from SUC before obtaining Ph.D certificate.
- No separate reply letter will be given. Every one, after submission of application form, may come and join in the class in accordance with the guidelines.
- Departmental students will obtain their mark sheets and examination pass certificates. The unsuccessful students will obtain mark sheets. Students (Open to all) will get only mark sheets.
- Open to all students will be given Ta-2000.00 (two thousand) per month for light fooding.

- Education Board, Chairman will prepare budget and submit to Local Minister.
- (i) Male Section: SUC-60% (ii) Female Section: SUC-40%. Vice-Chancellor will prepare budget and submit to Local Minister.
